2. Service method
1. Pre-sale technical support
Actively assist the owner and design unit to complete the preliminary design work of unit selection, equipment room design, and unit installation, maintain close communication and technical exchanges with the owner, go deep into the site, patiently, timely and accurately provide technical support within their capabilities, and provide Rationalize opinions and suggestions and act as the owner’s adviser.
2. During the warranty period
During the warranty period, if there is any abnormal failure of the unit, we promise to provide users with free maintenance services, arrive at the scene within 2 hours (or according to the actual traffic conditions), and provide customers with obligatory warranty services; if it cannot be repaired within 6 hours, we will provide Free parts replacement, and the replacement parts warranty period will be extended accordingly from the date of replacement; if the inspection personnel of the maintenance point cannot eliminate the fault, our company will send professional and technical personnel to the site to solve the fault according to the written notice of the owner. The cost is borne by our company.
3. Out of warranty
All spare parts are provided at cost price, and personnel are provided to the customer's site or the customer's designated location in time, and the unit can be repaired until it can be used normally. After the quality assurance period, our company promises to provide life-long tracking services to users.
 
3. Service content
1. The users we serve are end users who use Jinfa diesel generator sets.
2. When you start to want to purchase power generation equipment or you are using a generator set, we provide systems and extensive technical services. Provide free consultation for generator sets that meet your technical specifications.
3. From the day of ordering, help check and locate the generator set you have purchased to ensure that your generator set is put into normal operation in the shortest time.
4. Free training of technical personnel for you.
5. Provide preventive maintenance and repair, so that your operating costs can be controlled.
6. Provide a large number of spare parts and accessories, and the maintenance engineer can provide you with technical assistance at any time.
7. Provide free computer room design, power distribution design, and application specifications for diesel generator sets.
 
Four, service rules
1. Jinfa diesel generator set after-sales service department is a professional service department that provides after-sales and pre-sale services to end users who use Jinfa diesel generator sets.
2. All generator sets purchased through authorized agents of Jinfa will always be within the scope of our service responsibility. The shelf life is entered from the day after the commissioning is completed. The warranty period after delivery is 1 year (or according to the contract). If the user does not use it temporarily for other reasons after the arrival of the goods, the warranty period starts from the arrival date. But users need to follow the storage and maintenance requirements of diesel generator sets proposed by our service department.
3. In normal use, users can report to our after-sales service department for repairs and claims if the diesel generator set fails due to the quality of the equipment. We will compensate the parts damaged by the malfunction in accordance with the relevant claims procedures, without any additional costs.
4. In addition to the maintenance during the warranty period mentioned in the content, users can also apply to entrust Jinfa Service Department to perform regular maintenance and maintenance in future services. After accepting the application and entrustment, we will deliver a maintenance agreement to the user for confirmation by both parties. Users only need to pay the cost to get regular maintenance and maintenance provided by our service department. Users who do not participate in the application entrust our after-sales service department to perform regular maintenance and maintenance. When the equipment fails, the company will send personnel to repair it. Only the cost of damaged components and basic service fees (including travel expenses, accommodation expenses and labor expenses) are charged when repairing.
5. For installation matters raised by users, the after-sales service department will install them in accordance with the relevant installation specifications of the generator set and user requirements. The installation cost can be determined after the budget of both parties is confirmed.
 
Five, service commitment
1. Commissioning
After the after-sales service department receives the user's start-up application form, the technical service personnel will be dispatched within 2 hours, and they will arrive at the user's designated handover location within 24 hours, and carry out handover debugging according to the handover debugging procedure.
2. Troubleshooting
When receiving a user maintenance notice, the notice should be a fax letter. The after-sales service department will dispatch engineering and technical personnel within 2 hours, and arrive at the location of the equipment to be repaired within 2 hours (the remote area should arrive within 24 hours).
The after-sales service department will complete the mechanical failure caused by the machine within 6 hours. Including its cooling system, oil system, fuel system, exhaust system. Complete the electrical failure caused by the electrical control part within 4 hours. Complete the fault caused by the start part within 2 hours.
The after-sales service department will establish the user's technical files, and regularly or irregularly consult and understand the use of the user's equipment, so as to keep your diesel generator set in a good standby state.
We visit users who use Jinfa diesel generator sets regularly or irregularly every year, and record users' opinions and good suggestions to our after-sales service department.
 
6. Service outlets
Our company takes Shanghai as the design, R&D, production and supply, sales and service center, and also sets up sales and service outlets in Beijing, Shenyang, Taiyuan, Wuhan, Fujian, Changsha, Xi’an, Chengdu, Jiangxi, Guangzhou, Hainan, Zhejiang and Central China to provide 24-hour service to provide customers with high-quality, efficient and fast service.
Our company has maintenance service outlets in all regions of the country, and the general maintenance problems nationwide are directly handled by the company at the after-sales service outlets 24 hours a day. After the service personnel accept the task, they can respond within 2 hours. During the "Three Guarantees" period, the user will be exempt from maintenance fees and travel expenses caused by normal use. After the "Three Guarantees" period, the company maintains tracking and maintenance of the goods. If there is a failure in normal use, only the cost of spare parts and travel expenses will be charged.
