Benz series diesel generator set

The MTU series engine is one of the few diesel engines equipped with the electronic monitoring and management system MDEC in the world, and the 4000 series is a large diesel engine applying common rail fuel injection system technology. MDEC collects and verifies the main parameters of the engine during operation, so that the fuel is completely burned in the cylinder, and the true electronic injection is realized. Ensure that the MTU engine has a better fuel consumption rate, lower smoke during startup and sudden load, and better cold start performance. In the current world, fuel-saving and environmental protection performance is unique, with a period of no overhaul as long as 30,000 hours, far exceeding the average diesel engine 10,000-20,000 hours. MDEC also has fault diagnosis and fault code display functions. MTU2000 and 4000 series engine structure: water-cooled, exhaust gas turbocharged, four-stroke, 90-degree angle of V-shaped cylinder, 2000 series intake is mainly air-to-air cooled, 4000 series water-to-air cooled. MTU2000 and 4000 series engine emissions meet the environmental standards of the German Air Force TA Luft, the California Atmospheric Resources Agency CARB, the US Environmental Protection Agency EPA and the EU No. 2. The generator set can use TFW series generator or STAMFORD generator or MARATHON generator, etc. The generator set has the characteristics of sufficient power, reliable operation and good economy.
